As a foreigner can I own property in Mexico? Yes, you can. There are two ways for foreigners to have property titles in México, and these are: through trusteeship (fideicomiso) or through a Mexican corporation. Owning through a trust may sound different, but with it you can enjoy the same rights and freedoms as ownership in the US or Canada – you can buy and sell whenever you wish. There are over 90,000 foreigners in this area alone who use a trust. Trusts are held through banks, but the bank does not hold your property as an asset. It cannot sell your house on you, and you have the choice of where your trust is held. HSBC and Scotia Bank have branches here, and Bancomer is one of the largest banks in Latin America. Do you have financing plans available?
We are extending one of the most innovative payment plans in the market, offering a 10-20% discount off the list price of each unit and its terms provide for an extremely relaxed payment scheme allowing for full mortgage opportunities at time of possession. We also offer very attractive discounts on cash purchases. There are also traditional and non traditional financing options available through various lenders, all of which will be explained at the financing seminar.
Can I bring my family and get two rooms?

Can I choose another date?
Yes, absolutely we are happy to let you know when our next available Royal Club Real Estate event will be held and make a reservation for you to attend. Additionally we can arrange a private tour and offer you a flexible stay of up to 6 days, 5 nights at one of our beautiful ocean view condos any time (space available) with a private tour if this suits your needs better.
Real estate prices in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and other US areas are much less than a few years ago, why should I choose Mexico?
When making a smart decision, whether for retirement or vacation home you need to consider the cost to hold the investment, and expected gains.
Who knows how long it will take before you can make money on a US property? The cost of living in Mexico is much less than other retirement areas in North America, and real estate has historically outpaced other markets in terms of appreciation. How do I register for the event?

What do I pay for?
Your airfare, some meals (we have a few nice meals together. There are many different restaurants in the area or there are grocery stores if you like to cook), any shopping & activities you wish, and transportation back to the airport (approximately $20-$25). You will not be presented a bill at any time for your attendance at the Royal Club Real Estate Event, accommodation, educational talks or airport pickup.
What do you need for proof of purchase of airline ticket?
Once your ticket is booked, simply forward us your airline confirmation email. We will book your accommodation, and schedule your airport pick up.
Is this a timeshare?
No, absolutely not – we offer full ownership opportunities for luxury developments. There is no pressure to buy, we simply offer you the opportunity to experience the value we offer. The event is held to inform you on buying property in Mexico through a panel of top experts in title Insurance, loans, taxes and real estate investment. Members of the Tourism Board will also speak on the infrastructure improvements in Riviera Nayarit and you will get to hear from and speak with current Grupo Real Del Mar owners at the Royal Club Real Estate Event.

A number of experts designed to give you a complete picture of buying real estate in Mexico. Kevin Crisp from Stewart Title, one of the largest title insurance companies in the world will be discussing how you can be fully protected when buying real estate in Mexico. Doug Jones, a 30 year financing veteran from Mortgages in Mexico will be talking about loan options for North American buyers. Will Mattox is a real estate investment guru and life coach to some of the most successful entrepreneurs. Will is a founding member of the Live Out Loud group and is a regular keynote speaker at our events. McIntosh & Associates, a Chartered Accounting firm who specializes in Canadians owning property in Mexico will speak on the different tax advantages and things to consider. We also have an American tax expert for our American friends. Executive members from Mexico’s Tourism board speak about the Riviera Nayarit destination as a whole. They will explain to you the current infrastructure improvements and what is planned for the future.

I have been hearing about Crime in Mexico, I’m afraid to come.
According to government statistics, Nayarit (just North of Puerto Vallarta) has the lowest crime rate in the entire country! Tourism is the main economic driver and it is a very safe place. There are many levels of police designed specifically to ensure the safety of both tourists and residents alike. In addition to this, all of our developments are private communities with 24-7 security. Mexico is also a big country. Consider this, would you stop going to the USA because of crime in Detroit?

How many people are attending these events?
10 – 15 couples, so it will be a small group and an experienced representative will always be available to assist you.
What kind of presentation is it? We have several experts who will speak with you about everything you need to know to make an informed buying decision about buying real estate in Mexico. Usually an expert shows a power point presentation for 10 minutes then answers questions.
